Navit crashes on startup if an enabled map is not found

Description

During startup, Navit crashes if a map within the enabled mapset has been enabled, but is not actually present on the filesystem.

It seems this behaviour started after:

r4979 Add:Core:Converted map and mapset to object functions

Ideally, Navit should ignore the unfound map, and present the user with a message. The quick fix is to ignore any unfound maps.

This may or may not affect other builds of Navit (Linux etc...)
