show the destination icon on the map

Description

when the user has set a destination, the destination icon (I have made a new, shiny, tasty icon for it :) should be displayed at the end of the route.

Good idea. I didn't found your destination icon in the trunk, is it already shared?

Not in trunk, but in the icons I provided in Ticket #130 (still waiting for some kind of reply on that issue by the way ;)
