#190 closed defect/bug (invalid)

the blue route trace should be inside ways

Description

...instead of outside the ways. This would have the advantages that it would not need to be as fat as it is right now, it could be much slimmer, and it will always be visible (right now, no matter how fat the route line is, it is possible for multiple ways to hide it)

it was done this way in the opengl graphics. in fact it's just a matter of changing the layout in navit.xml. (re-ordering the track, and making it slimmer). I personnally agree about this change (i have my navit configured this way) because i have a bunch of highways splits here were you do need the track on top of the road. But before applying the changes i'd need a few differents opinions.

Happy to provide the opinion that I also would like the route trace on top of ways. I'm interested in how to configure it such. Perhaps info could be added to wiki

i'm using navit this way (following Wouldd instructions), it's more readable when you are in intricate situations

After a trip last week, i came to the conclusion that when in-town, it's usually best to have the route under the roads. Of course on highways, given the curve of crossings, it's best to have it on top.. So, i can't make my mind :)
