Amsterdam Zuidoost is defined in OSM by a residential polygon: http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/way/25777947
It has no is_in tag, so won't be picked up in the Navit index. The quick fix is to add an is_in tag to the polygon, but the area looks absolutely amazing, which tends to mean a dedicated mapper who knows what they're doing, and who'll have left off the is_in tag on purpose. Adding it in may result in it being deleted 5 minutes later.
The nearest place with an is_in tag is Ouderkerk aan de Amstel, which Navit should find (it has is_in="NL", which is supported by Navit). Perhaps the street appears in the list for this town? I presume it doesn't appear in the list for Amsterdam itself...

Ok, thanks. I am quit new to osm and navit. I just send a mail to the man who is mantaining that area. If he has a reason he hopefully wil tell me, otherwise a good change that he will fix it.
It doesn't appear in amsterdam or oudekerk. Will try to find the streets
