Description
If you search for cities and streetnames like "St. Whatever", Navit should also consider the names with "Sankt" and "Saint".
Also, if you search for "Saint Whatever", Navit should also show the results for "St. Whatever".
The reason is: in OSM, especially in the german part, the names shouldn't tagged with the shorten name - it should always write out.

Yes, you know this... I know this... But a simple Android-User won't know this. And so he probably want to search for "Sankt Gallen"... He won't find this city in Navit, because its mapped as "St. Gallen" - and then he will think: "boah, Navit doesn't find Sankt Gallen? What a crap... Navit and OSM aren't usable..." Or maybe, he search for "St. Silvester", so he won't find it, because its mapped as "Sankt Silvester". Maybe, he doesn't have the idea to search just for "Gallen" or "Silvester" to find these cities/villages...
