Is it really necessary to put Eclipse settings under version control? These settings can be auto-generated by CMake (or Eclipse can just import the Makefile generated by CMake). Putting IDE settings into the repo is messy, and may not work for people who use a different version of Eclipse, so I'm not sure it will be a great help.
Also note that the patch should not be applied as-is; it contains a change to a Java source file where it catches "Throwable" - that's a big no-no.

Agrees with sleske. It would be a perfect fit for the wiki, but I don't see a good reason to put that in the code repository.
