Hello, it seems to me like the capital of Luxembourg, which is also called Luxembourg, is missing in the list of the cities

This is a well known problem. Please take a look at ​http://wiki.navit-project.org/index.php/OpenStreetMap#Search_doesn.27t_work_in_most_countries

Luxembourg does not have an is_in tag. Get an OSM account and add it in :)
