Description
On real maps (Paris) main time is spent on drawing tons of polygons. So here is a fast patch to speed up drawing on small devices by limiting the number of polygons.

Needs to be reviewed.
As performance is critical esp. on older devices, I will assign it to the next hotfix release.

Actualy I'm not sure about tons of polygons but drawing is faster
